Pillar Two of the LIFEE Cluster addresses challenges in recruiting and retaining professionals, such as teachers and public health practitioners, in underserved areas.

This pillar investigates the complex factors that influence professional workforce distribution and develops innovative strategies to ensure adequate service provision in rural and remote communities. The research addresses both immediate staffing challenges and long-term sustainability of professional services in geographically isolated areas.
